Enfourner plut\u00f4t dans le bas du four pendant 40 minutes (voire 50 selon les fours). La cr\u00e8me va gonfler et colorer (si elle colore trop baisser un peu la temp\u00e9rature) et la p\u00e2te doit dorer.
